Molly Sumridge (Sumner) CDBC, CPDT-KSA, CBATI, CWRI,
Owner and Head Trainer

Molly Sumner is the owner and founder of Kindred Companions LLC. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer & Behavioral Consultant and has a deep passion for the human animal bond. It is her vision to make dog training more enjoyable for dog and owner alike.
Molly is located in Frenchtown, New Jersey and is available for Dog Training, Behavioral Counseling, and Competition Sports Training.

Katie Brennan CDBC, CPDT-KA - Dog Trainer, Blogger, Trial Secretary

Katie lives in Levittown PA. She spends her weekdays looking after the animals of Middletown PA as an animal control officer and her evenings teaching agility and nose work. 

She is periodically available for training sessions in the Levittown/Bucks regions of PA and Mercer County NJ. Katie teaches out Trick/Foundations for Sports Class, assists with our Nose Work and Competition Obedience classes, and is Trial Secretary for all of our events.

Sam Sumridge (Baldridge) CPDT-KA, - Dog Trainer

Sam is located in Frenchtown, NJ and is available for Puppy training and Basic Obedience dog training services. He also assists with Behavioral Counseling sessions.  He is available for training sessions in the New Jersey, New York and Eastern Pennsylvania area.

Sam's specialty is puppies and is ready to help you get the right head start with your new dog.

Melita Wright CPDT-KA

Melita lives on farm for retired horses in Pennington NJ. She lives there with her 3 adopted mix breeds, 6 horses,  6 chickens, 2 donkeys, 2 sheep.

Melita teaches our Puppy, Basic Core Obedience, and Polite in Public classes as well as skills classes from time to time.

Stephanie Struble - Class Instructor

Stephanie lives in Hampton NJ with her three dogs, Bogey, Havyk & Snickers. When not training dogs is is regularly found in the woods hiking her dogs and training for Search and Rescue.

Stephanie assists with our young puppy and adolescent puppy class and has a keen interest in competition dog sports.

Tori

Tori Peterson - Dog Trainer, Blogger,

Tori lives on a small hobby farm in Long Valley, NJ. She spends her time training her Central Asian Shepherd dog, Nikita, and caring for her rabbits, goats, chickens, ducks, pig, and yak. She studies Animal Biotechnology and Conservation: Small Animal Science at Delaware Valley University. 

Tori recently moved to Wisconsin. However she is still part of the Kindred Companions family and is welcome anytime she is back in town.

Kathleen Banta - Feline Behavior Specialist

Kathleen is located in Bristol Pennsylvania and is available for cat training, behavior modification and pet sitting. She is even available for "virtual training sessions" via Skype.

Kathleen believes cats are as trainable as dogs and the reward you get from it is just as wonderful. Kathleen can help you with any issues, be it missing the litterbox, marking, aggression and more

Stacy Barnett - K9 NOSEWORK INSTRUCTOR

Stacy is a longtime FDSA student and trains her Nosework dogs using FDSA methods. She also trains with top local NACSW trainers and judges on a regular basis. This has given Stacy a solid understanding of Scent Theory and a very well rounded education with many tools in her toolbox. She prides herself in being able to bring creative solutions to build odor obedience, confidence, drive and motivation for the sport. 

Stacy loves helping others and her enthusiasm for the sport is contagious. Even greater than her love for the sport is her love of teaching.  She prides herself on being a highly creative, enthusiastic and caring instructor, easily able to teach all levels of Nosework students.  Stacy loves seeing teams flourish in the sport and enjoy what has become an extremely popular outlet for all dogs.
