Stephanie Struble


Stephanie seems like too she has too much stuff to do, but it doesn’t take away from her passion for each and every animal in her care. She shares her life with three dogs, Bogey, Havyk & Snickers with which she has attained numerous certifications and titles. Stephanie is Vice President of and a K9 handler for, NJ Rescue and Recovery K9 Unit, (NJRRK9) which is an all-volunteer Search and Rescue K9 Unit. Stephanie has volunteered with this unit since 2010 and is handling her second dog, a German shepherd who is a certified Air Scent search, rescue dog ,and is cross training for scent specific Trailing. Stephanie has competed in competition obedience with both of her German shepherds, and has titled both dogs with Canine Good Citizen - Advanced. 

Stephanie is an avid hiker, spending a lot of time on the trails with her dogs including camping. If Stephanie isn't working or training, you can usually find her on a trial. Stephanie regularly hikes the Appalachian Trail with a goal of being able to complete all 2,189 miles in sections. 

Stephanie lives in Hunterdon County, is also active as a Volleyball Coach for Central Jersey Volleyball Academy and received a BA from Moravian College. Stephanie is experienced with dog handling, dog training and behavior modification. She performs training sessions, daily walking and is a professional pet sitter. Stephanie teaches many of our adolescent dog classes.
