We make every effort to hold scheduled classes and events without interruption, but when it is not possible, here are our policies and procedures:
 

  • Weather cancellation decisions will be made minimally 2 hours before class start times.
     
  • Weather cancellations will be posted as a banner above the website and sent out in an email to your class. If you're scheduled for private instruction, your instructor will contact you via phone.
     
  • If you have not heard from us and are concerned about the weather, feel free to contact us.
     
  • In the event that we must cancel classes due to weather, classes cancelled will be pushed back one week, meaning your series will be one week longer. Events will be rescheduled or held on their prearranged rain date.
